SARS CoV-2 coronavirus, the virus responsible for COVID-19, has been recognized as a novel and emerging infectious disease that has led to a global pandemic. In response to the World Health Organization's call for nations to prepare for the impacts of COVID-19 on their citizens, our application is designed to assess how individuals at risk are coping with and managing the infection.

There is an urgent need to enhance our understanding of the individual and community transmission risks associated with COVID-19. While significant progress has been made in comprehending various aspects of the disease, there remains a knowledge gap regarding its full spectrum, epidemiology, and the implications on the health and well-being of those affected.

The primary objective of our application is to effectively leverage real-time data to monitor symptoms and locations, aiming to gain insights into the demographics most affected by COVID-19. By collecting individual reports rather than relying solely on passive location data, we can gain a deeper understanding of how individuals experience the infection in their everyday lives. This application seeks to gather self-reported intra-day data on COVID-19 symptoms and potential exposures that individuals may encounter during their daily routines.
